Return Policy:

Due to Health Code Laws, All Sales are Final on Lingerie.

Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable.

We will not accept returns on items in "other than new condition".

Clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.

Manufacturing Defects:

Full Credit, including freight charges, will be reimbursed to customer if return of goods is due to manufacturing defect. No Credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering, or excessive wear. No returns will be accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization. Please contact us in order to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization. All packages sent to LingerieLux.com for return, credit or exchange must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number referenced both inside and outside the package. Any package received by us without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the sender. Be aware that RMA numbers expire 10 days from the date of issue. Your return/exchange package must be postmarked before the RMA expires. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.

If you order the wrong size:

We can exchange items as long as they are unworn and in original packaging. Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. However, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. We will not refund shipping or handling charges. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Simply contact us using this form to request a Return Authorization Number.

If you Receive the Wrong item(s):

Claims for wrong items received must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of your order. If you allow more than 7 days to go by after receiving your order before inspecting it, we are sorry but there is nothing we can do. All returns due to a manufacturer shipping error or a manufacturing defect must be shipped via UPS Ground or standard U.S. Postal Service. UPS Ground freight rate will be credited. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Simply contact us using this form to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
