How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours. Backorders may take 1-2 weeks to ship. No shipping on weekends and holidays. Depending on the level of urgency, you can select a shipping option such as Next Day, Second Day, Three Day, or regular Ground. All packages are wrapped and shipped discreetly in unmarked packages.

Address Correction Charge

Please make sure your "ship to" address is complete and includes any apartment, suite, department or floor number information.  Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses and returned to us are not refundable. If a shipment is refused or returned to us, you will be charged for all shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fees. So please communicate with us.

Canceled orders

If you have placed an order and for any reason need to cancel, email us immediately, and we will gladly cancel the order. Cancellations must be provided within 24 hours of placing an order.  Cancellations after the merchandise has been ordered, shipped, and/or refused including unauthorized returned shipments will result in a 10% restocking fee plus any shipping costs incurred by These charges will be billed to the customers credit card. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What if I am unable to Locate my Delivered Package?

If you cannot locate your shipment, you need to contact Lingerielux within 5 business days of the delivery date as reported by UPS or USPS tracking systems.

It is the customer's responsibility to track and locate their delivered package. If you are unable to locate your delivered package contact us immediately.

Your Order Confirmation Update, emailed to address on file, contains the tracking number to monitor your package delivery via the UPS or USPS tracking systems.

Failure to notify Lingerielux within 5 business days of any lost/stolen packages is your responsibility.

All parcels are insured but there is a limited time frame to file a claim.
